No.We take our attendees' privacy seriously and do not share attendee lists or contact information with partners.
Instead, we create an environment where meaningful introductions and conversations happen naturally throughout the event. The relationships you build in the room are far more valuable than a spreadsheet of names.

Can we recruit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely.Many of the people in the room are leaders, founders, engineers, and security professionals. If someone is excited about what you're building and wants to work with you, that's fantastic.
That said, Builders & Breakers is not a recruiting event. We encourage authentic conversations over active talent sourcing, creating an environment where connections happen naturally and opportunities emerge organically.

Can we have a booth?

Not in the traditional sense.Builders & Breakers doesn't have an expo hall or sales floor. Instead, partners receive a dedicated conversation table where your team can meet attendees, answer questions, showcase your work if it's relevant to the discussion, and build genuine relationships throughout the evening.
We've found that the most valuable conversations happen in a relaxed environment, not across a branded booth. Your table becomes a natural meeting point rather than a sales stand.Combined with partner recognition before, during, and after the event, this approach creates stronger engagement, higher-quality conversations, and a better return on your investment than traditional conference booths.

Can we bring banners or rollups?

It depends on the partnership tier and the venue. In some cases, physical signage can work well; in others, it may not be the right fit.Instead, we ensure that our Event and Founding Partners receive prominent visibility by displaying their logos on CRT and TV screens throughout the venue. This approach keeps the space clean, visually distinctive, and focused on what matters most: meaningful conversations and an exceptional attendee experience, rather than traditional marketing.

Can we influence the agenda?

No.Our partners make Builders & Breakers possible, but they do not influence the agenda, speakers, or session content.
Editorial independence is fundamental to the event. It protects the trust of our attendees, creates better conversations, and ultimately delivers more value for everyone in the room, including our partners.

Can we nominate speakers?

Absolutely. We're always happy to receive speaker recommendations.Every suggestion is considered, but all speakers are selected independently by the Builders & Breakers organizers based on relevance, technical quality, and what will provide the greatest value to attendees. This ensures the agenda remains community-driven, balanced, and trusted.

Is there networking?

Absolutely.In fact, that's the whole point.
Builders & Breakers is designed to bring together the people building, securing, and shaping the future of technology. But there are no forced networking sessions or awkward icebreakers, just great talks, shared meals, and plenty of time for conversations to happen naturally.We believe the best connections are the ones that don't feel like networking.

Can we invite customers?

Absolutely.If your customers are a good fit for the community, they're welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket.There are no reserved audiences or VIP groups. Everyone participates on equal terms, creating an environment where conversations happen naturally between founders, engineers, security professionals, partners, customers, and attendees alike.
